One-Off Health Check Inspection & core tests (approx. 30–45 mins)
  • Visual condition: enclosure, seals, fixings, cable & connector integrity
  • Safety checks: earthing arrangement, bonding visible, PEN/earth fault indicators (where applicable)
  • RCD/RCBO operation test at the charger circuit
  • Functional test: start/stop, locking, app connectivity
  • Firmware check & update (subject to Wi-Fi/app access)
  • Photographs and a short written checklist report

Annual Service Full preventative service (approx. 60–75 mins)
  • All items in the One-Off Health Check
  • Electrical testing: earth loop/ZS reading at EV point; verify circuit protection size & settings
  • Load assessment: check load management/CT clamp operation & app settings
  • Connector care: clean, inspect pins & protective cap; check tether strain relief
  • Cable & gland checks: signs of water ingress, UV damage or thermal stress
  • Network review: Wi-Fi strength, 4G status (if fitted), reboot & re-pair if needed
  • Written service report with advisories and quotes for any remedial work

Call-Out Repair Fault-finding visit (up to 1 hour on site)
  • Diagnose no-charge, tripping, comms or RFID/app issues
  • On-site resets, re-terminations and minor fixes where possible
  • Parts priced separately & only supplied with your approval
  • Follow-up quote for larger repairs or replacements if required
Covers travel within our local area. If the fault is supply-side (DNO) we’ll advise next steps.
